Ancient Masseria with group of 21 trulli, 7,5 km from the historic center of Martina Franca.

The Masseria Pozzo Caroli saw the laying of its last stone way back in 1884, by the Caroli family, and acts as the fulcrum of the agricultural life of the entire district between the Itria Valley and the Murge Tarantine, in Martina Franca.

It reached its maximum splendor at the beginning of the 20th century (when the patronal house was joined by a structure made up of 21 trulli to house the farmers) among cereal cultivations, sheep breeding and low courtyard, on a total extension of approximately 60 hectares.

The property has a covered area of 1,048 square meters and is surrounded by 50 hectares of land, some of which are olive groves and some woods. The property is located in a dominant position with wide panoramic views in a well served and connected area.
